If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt of the package.
For returns, we offer a refund to your bank account or an exchange for another size or product. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on marigo.ro, please send us a request on WhatsApp at +40726098053 or an email at contact@marigo.ro for a return authorization. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS:
Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with tags attached, and show no signs of use, wear, or washing. We recommend you to try the clothes without make-up or deodorant on your body, to prevent damage or soiling of the product(s).
Made-to-measure products cannot be returned; they can be adjusted.
Marigo reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
The refund period is a maximum of 30 calendar days from the time the return was picked up.
EXCEPTION:If the mistake was our fault, we take responsibility and we will send the courier to pick up the product, the cost of the courier will be borne by us.
