Brand Story
Marigo was born in 2016 in a coutourière’s attic, in Bucharest, Romania. Our founder, Ioana Bianca, was just 16 at the time, nurturing the dream of bringing her sketches to reality.
Now, from sketch to store, everything is created from scratch by Ioana and our incredible team, just for you.
Our name, Marigo, honors Ioana’s great-grandmother, a strong Aromanian woman with Greek roots. Her story resonates with the very essence of our brand. She embodied strength, grace, and a timeless elegance that left an unforgettable mark on those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Marigo is a tribute to this remarkable woman who guides our path crafting garments that empower women across generations.
